Weekly Assignments
Build-Your-Own Planner Collection
The weekly planning layouts help you break down yearly or quarterly academic goals into manageable sprints of intentional learning. With two clean layouts to choose from, color-coding per student (or grade level) and note pages, there’s plenty of built-in flexibility to adapt to various learning styles.
The weekly planning bundle includes:
Lightly-Populated Weekly Logs: For families that lean on an interest-led approach, these layouts serve as a record-keeping log with common learning activities that can be checked off. The reverse side of the page can be used to capture notable highlights from the week.
Unpopulated Weekly Assignments: For families that plan and/or follow a more structured curriculum, the unpopulated layout includes headings for the six state-required subjects with room in the table to write in specific assignments. The reverse side of the page can be used to provide more detail.
Example Log: An example page is included with additional tips on attention spans and productivity at various ages.
TIP: Create your own customized open-and-go plan by using index tabs to separate weeks and place that week’s related worksheets and resources behind your plan. I have two binders, a master binder that holds all 36 weeks of our open-and-go curriculum and my everyday binder that holds our current learning sprint (4-6 weeks) and various resources.
