Welcome to the feast!
Maybe science experiments aren’t your jam or stocking an art room isn’t at the top of your priority list. Or maybe you just need a nudge to be social! Here’s a lineup of community classes, clubs and nature studies to help enrich your home-based learning. Grab a buddy and we’ll see you out there!
Homeschool Happenings
Summer Break Announcement!
Time to Unplug, Rest, and Rejuvenate!
As the sweet summer air begins to fill our days, I encourage you to take a well-deserved pause. Even if your family does school year-round, Wisconsin’s short summer season is the perfect opportunity to slow the pace and take your learning outdoors. Embrace the sunshine, do read-alouds on the hammock, catch up on those health & fitness hours, and create lasting memories together!
Starting in June, you’ll notice that homeschool programming will start to disappear from most event calendars in favor of summer reading programs and camps. During this time, the Southeast Feast calendar will pause to accommodate global website maintenance, hunt for new resources and prepare for the upcoming 2025-26 academic year.
I can't wait to share new tools, thought-starters and local guides to ignite our collective homeschooling journeys!
In the meantime, be sure to sign up for the Weekly Snapshot for periodic blog updates and to get notified when the enrichment calendar fires back up again in the Fall.
Have a blessed summer!
~ Katie
