A Teen Advisory Board (TAB) is a group of local teens who collaborate with library staff to enhance library services and programs specifically for youth. Members have the opportunity to share their ideas, provide feedback on existing services, and help plan events and activities that cater to their peers. Through this initiative, teens not only gain leadership skills and resume-building experience but also play a crucial role in shaping a welcoming library environment that meets the interests and needs of the community’s youth.
